Professional Diagnostic

Find your way back to peace.

Break the cycle of feeling stuck.

You aren't broken. Depression, anxiety, and relational burnout are symptoms of biological threat loops. The Agency Restoration Assessment (ARA) is an objective diagnostic to debug your cognitive software, map your physical hardware, and build an uncompromising action plan.

The Architecture of Restoration

The Wedding vs. The Marriage

Most self-help tools sell you a fixed label to create an illusion of closure. That is the "wedding." True agency is the "marriage": the daily, uncomfortable application of factual truth and biological recovery. We treat you as an adult. Responsibility is the master switch.

Bidirectional Loops

Your internal narratives actively drive your nervous system, and your inflammation dictates your thoughts. You cannot heal one without the other.

Emet (Truth) Audit

Thoughts are biological code. Stripping blame and emotional exaggeration from your stories immediately shuts down cortisol and halts rumination.

Decisional Debt

Forgiveness is not a feeling. It is a willful, prefrontal-cortex-driven act to cancel an emotional debt and stop the physiological drain on your body.

Step 1 of 4: Software Debug

The E.M.E.T. Audit

Empirical Mastery of Empirical Truth. Every exaggerated word, assumed motive, and "therapy-speak" label you use is a biological command that tells your amygdala to sound the alarm. Let's debug the software.

Why this is biologically necessary:

You cannot heal while your brain is fighting a phantom war. By forcing your narrative into objective, observable facts, you manually halt the false alarm in your nervous system.

Write freely. Include the frustration, the blame, the "always" and "never". Let the loop play out entirely on paper.

Objectivity Score

--%

The Biological Cost: Low scores mean your story is filled with emotion, assumptions, and blame. This language tricks your brain into keeping threat loops active. Stripping this narrative down to the raw facts below is how you take back your biological agency.

Step 2 of 4: Hardware & Ecosystem Map

The Concurrent Systemic Map

Critical Directive

Do not rate your feelings or self-concept. A professional diagnostic requires objective, embodied evidence. You must provide one specific, observable physical signal or behavioral result for each pillar below to validate your score.

The Four Pillars

Truth Reappraisal: How clearly are you seeing and rewriting your stories without rumination taking over?

Provide a specific behavioral result.

Bidirectional Loops: Are you actively managing physical stress, sleep quality, and gut health?

Provide an observable physical signal.

Decisional Debt: Are you holding clear personal limits and canceling emotional debts without collapsing?

Provide an observable result.

Responsibility as Master Switch: Taking self-initiated action versus waiting for others or feeling helpless.

State the action you initiated.

Pattern Disruption: Are you actively absorbing the cost of breaking old trauma patterns rather than transmitting them?

State how you broke a generational habit this week.

Step 3 of 4: Resistance Map

The Resistance Matrix

Identify the specific patterns currently draining your momentum. Be brutally honest. Each active resistance mathematically penalizes your final score.

Select your active resistance patterns

Friction Context

Where is this friction primarily manifesting right now? (Select all that apply)

Select your primary friction zones

How many specific, unresolved interpersonal conflicts or grudges are draining you right now?

How effective is your current scheduled rest practice? (e.g. Circadian anchors, prayer, breathwork).

Non-Negotiable: Growth without safety triggers threat responses that reinforce old trauma loops.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Understanding the clinical mechanics of the diagnostic.

What exactly does the ARA measure?

The ARA provides an objective snapshot of your current "stuck loops." It measures your cognitive narratives, physical stress responses, relational boundaries, and decisional momentum to show you exactly where you are experiencing the most friction and where to focus your repair efforts.

How is this different from a personality test?

Unlike tests that give you a fixed label or "type" (like an Enneagram or MBTI), the ARA measures your dynamic state. It doesn't tell you who you permanently are; it shows you what is currently blocking your agency so you can do the work to change it. It is a starting coordinate, not a final destination.

What is the E.M.E.T. Audit?

E.M.E.T. stands for the Executive Mastery of Empirical Truth (and is the Hebrew word for Truth). It is a software debugger for your mind. It analyzes your frustrations and strips away emotional exaggeration, blame, and "therapy-speak." By forcing you to look only at observable facts, you manually lower the false alarm in your nervous system.

Why do you ask about sleep and physical tension?

We operate on the principle of "bidirectional loops": your thoughts affect your body, and your physical inflammation affects your thoughts. You cannot simply "think" your way out of a dysregulated nervous system, so we measure your physiological hardware alongside your mental software.

What is the "Safety Gate"?

Growth without safety triggers threat responses. The Safety Gate checks your baseline physical and mental recovery practices. If your score is too low, the assessment advises you to strengthen your rest before attempting difficult relational or emotional experiments.

How often should I take the assessment?

Because the ARA is a dynamic tracker of your momentum, we recommend returning to take it every 7 to 14 days. This allows you to objectively measure whether the small daily changes you are making are actually reducing your systemic friction over time.

Disclaimer: The ARA is a diagnostic starting point to interrupt stuck loops and exit victimhood. It integrates cognitive neuroplasticity and orthomolecular reality. It is not a substitute for professional clinical therapy or acute medical evaluation.
